Why can’t I link my account with more than one Program?

At the core of our service is our commitment to programs to protect their routines and private content. To do this, we’ve implemented a number of processes and systems to ensure that only authorised members of a program have access to that program’s routine videos.

One of the main controls we have over this is by limiting users from being able to link their account to more than one program at a time. In addition to this, our system also restricts how many times a user can change or update their program linking.

While we understand that there may be a very small minority of users who are in a position where they need to be able to access routines from more than one program, at this stage we have no plans to modify our system to allow this.
