Changing which Program your account is linked with
We understand there may be certain circumstances where you need to update or change which program your account is linked with, for example if you’ve moved to a new Gym or Studio.
Note that undertaking this process will immediately revoke your access to any routines or videos from your previous linked program.
Changing your linked Program:
- Click here to login and view the program linking form.
- Select your State and then your Gym or Studio from the drop down list
- Enter your programs’ Linking Password, note that this password is case-sensitive.
- Confirm that you agree to the Terms of Use and then click the ‘Link your account’ button.
To protect your Program’s routines, users are only able to change their program linking 3 times per year and once per month. If you need help with changing your linked program outside of these limits, please contact us.
