What personal information do I need to provide?

When you register for an account on Cheercast, we ask you for the following required information:

• Your first and last name
• A verified email address
• Your country, state and postcode (used to verify your location and by our routine protection system)
• Your age bracket (used to verify your age and by our routine protection system)
• Your role in the industry i.e. whether you’re a Program Owner, Coach, Athlete or Supporter (used by our routine protection system)

Our systems use this information as well as your linked program (if you have linked your account with your Gym or Studio) to ensure you are a genuine user and to protect routines from unauthorised individuals.

In the event that a user is flagged by our system, a Cheercast team member will reach out via email to the authorised representative of the user’s linked program to confirm that the user is authorised to view the program’s routines. As per our Privacy Policy, the only information we provide to the program’s authorised representative is the users first and last name.
