Registering a Cheercast Program account
In order for your athletes and supporters to access their routines on Cheercast, you as the club or studio owner must first setup a Program account on Cheercast. Creating a Program account is easy and takes less than 5 minutes and will allow you to set your linking password and see who has access to your photos and videos.
Registering a Program account:
- Click here to go to the Program account registration page
- Check that your Program isn't already setup by searching the drop-down list of Programs with an active Cheercast account (if your program is in this list, it means its already been setup). After confirming, tick the box at the bottom and press Next to go to the next step.
- Fill out the registration form, noting that the "Linking Password" is the password you will provide to your athletes and supporters so they can register their own accounts and access your club's content.
- After submitting your account registration, our team will manually confirm your account. This generally happens within 2-4 hours, however on competition weekends there may be an additional delay when our team are onsite at events.
- Once your account is approved, you will receive an email that you can forward onto your athletes and their supporters, with instructions on how to register their own accounts and link them with your club via the linking password.
Thats it! Your athletes and supporters will have access to their routines for the full competition year, with nothing for you to do before each competition and no other emails to forward or information to give out. On Cheercast, routine videos are uploaded within 5 minutes or so of performing, so your athletes and supporters will have immediate access to these, without you needing to do anything!
