How to add a coach account to your program
With the introduction of Coach Accounts, it is now possible for gym and studio owners to provide their coaches with access to their video annotations and deductions data on Cheercast Rewind.
In order to add a coach to your program, they must:
- Have an active account on Cheercast
- Be already linked with your program via the normal linking process
To add a user as a coach, login to your program account and visit the Your Coaches page on the Cheercast Australia website and follow these steps:
- Select the "Add Coaches" tab
- Search for active, linked users by their name or email in the field provided (Note: if this field shows 'No results found' this means you have no active, linked users)
- Select any users you wish to add as coaches, their name will remain in the box.
- Once you've selected all of your coaches, click the Add Coaches button to finalise
The selected users will automatically have their accounts upgraded to Coach accounts, there is nothing they need to do. If you need to remove a coach from your program, you can do this via the "Your Coaches" tab, which will show a list of active coaches along with a checkbox you can select to mark them for removal. Once removed, a coach account will be downgraded to a regular linked user account.
Note that there is no additional functionality available to coach accounts on the Cheercast Australia website, it simply allows your coaches to access your routine videos and any associated annotations (i.e. drawings/comments/deductions).
