Info for Head Judges

If you're a head judge with edit access on an event, you have a few extra abilities for oversight and quality control.

Edit any annotation

You can open and edit any annotation on the event — not just your own — to fix a comment, adjust a drawing, change its type, or correct its timing. You'll also see who authored each annotation.

See private notes

[Beta] You can view other judges' "Just me" notes on the event, so nothing is hidden from oversight. The annotation count on each routine includes these, so you can see at a glance where there's something to review.

Fixing an annotation's timing

If an annotation is landing slightly off the moment it should mark:

  1. Open the annotation (the edit / pencil icon).
  2. Scrub or arrow-key the playhead to the exact frame.
  3. Save — the annotation moves to that point.

Granting access to judges

Annotation access is set per event. If a judge on your event needs access, let us know through your event's communications channel and we'll get them set up.
