Viewing Judge Feedback on Cheercast Rewind (V5)

For the last few competitions of the year, the feedback judges share with your program, such as deductions, legalities, warnings and comments, will be available on the new version of Cheercast Rewind and will be accessible by program owners, admins and coaches. This article outlines how program owners can log in to their account on the new Cheercast Rewind (V5) as well as how to add coaches to their club.

Your routine videos and photos remain accessible on cheercast.com.au as usual, and your athletes and supporters will continue to use the existing Cheercast website (www.cheercast.com.au) to access their routine videos and photos

Logging in

  1. Go to www.cheercast.com/log-in.
  2. Enter the email address and password you use for cheercast.com.au. If you can't remember your password, choose Email me a link and we'll send you a link to log in.

While we finalise the rest of the new Cheercast website, it will only be possible to access your account pages, other pages, like competitions, routines, and the home page, will not be available.

Adding your coaches

  1. In your account, go to Your Coaches.
  2. Choose your coaches from the list. Anyone linked to your program on cheercast.com.au before 3 November will be there to choose from.
  3. Your coaches log in the same way you do, at www.cheercast.com/log-in.

You only need to add a coach once. They don't need to be added on a per event basis: a coach can see every event your program competes at, the same as you.

Emails from judges

At events using the new Cheercast Rewind, judges can send their feedback straight to your program via email. These emails automatically go to the program owner.

To have your admins or coaches receive them too, open the event in Rewind and tick them on the Notifications card. They need to have logged in to the new Cheercast at least once.

Accessing the judges' feedback

  1. Click Go to Rewind at the top of your account OR click the link in the email we send you.
  2. Choose the event from Your Events. An event appears there once your program's routines have been uploaded.
  3. Open a routine to see the feedback (we call these "annotations") judges have shared with your program. Annotations can include comments and/or drawings.

You'll only see feedback that judges have chosen to share with your program.

Who can see feedback

Your program's owner, admins and the coaches you add can see the judges' feedback. Athletes and parents linked to your program can't.

If you don't use the new Cheercast

You don't have to use it. If you don't, you'll still receive links to the judges' feedback through Hit Zero, as usual. Opening any of the links sent via Hit Zero doesn't require an account.
