Why can’t I link my account with more than one program at a time?

At the core of our service is our commitment to protecting your club's routine videos and photos from unauthorised access or viewing. To do this, we’ve implemented a number of processes and systems to ensure that only authorised members of a gym or studio have access to that program’s routine videos and photos.

One of the main controls we have over this is by limiting users from being able to link their account to more than one program at a time. In addition to this, our system also restricts how many times a user can change or update their program linking.

In recognition of the fact that some programs have athletes that may also compete with other teams (i.e. school or university teams), in limited circumstances it is now possible for users to link their account with a secondary program where that program has been authorised by the primary program owner.
